Based in Hyderabad, India, DRU Gold gives a modern twist to a traditional business with technology. It offers hassle-free gold loans, buys old gold jewellery, and releases pledged gold focussing on better value, transparency, and seamless processing. It uses the latest XRF technology to determine the gold’s purity in the customer’s presence, helping them unlock value from their gold.
Starting with one store at launch, the company has been working towards establishing a pan-India presence. The main challenge for DRU Gold was to distinguish itself in a crowded market. It needed to convey its modern approach rooted in its core values; Integrity, Respect, and Assurance.
IndiDesign developed the brand identity and highlighted the value system, which is the core of DRU Gold and reflects its ethos. The geometric pattern of repetitive floral silhouette encircling the edgy form portrays the brand’s robustness. The colour palette conveys the brand’s vision, radiant and empowering!
DRU Gold’s new brand identity positions it as a progressive brand that empowers its customers with the latest technology and transparent business practices. DRU Gold has quickly grown to 14 outlets in and around Hyderabad City, with more in the pipeline. DRU Gold is now poised to expand its presence across India with its new identity.
