We identified the key challenges in portraying ArtBela’s expertise in Art Consulting & Curation that required integrating two diverse beliefs into a unifying brand identity.

Pallavi Khandelwal, the company’s founder, believes that her mother has made a significant contribution in nurturing her love for art from a very young age. The name “ArtBela” combines “Art” and “Bela” — a reference to her mother’s name — to create a brand name that creates instant recall among Art enthusiasts. ‘Bela’ also means pure, reinforcing ArtBela’s promise of authenticity.

The elements of ArtBela’s logo come together seamlessly to bring its visual identity to life. The window that encircles the identity symbolises a gateway to unique & diverse artistic avenues, an acknowledgement of the brand’s extensive selection of artists and artworks.

ArtBela’s signature “AB” is an organic form that stands as a mark of authenticity and balance between the dual value proposition of Art. It features prominently in the brand’s visual language, conveying ArtBela’s core values in all its communication.

The word mark uses a contemporary sans-serif typeface that prioritises clarity. Its well-balanced proportions and consistent spacing enhance readability, while the smooth, well-defined lines enhance legibility and minimise visual distractions.
